Whether it’s in the booth, in the press box or on the sidelines, Krissy Birdsall is a dynamic presence in the sports journalism industry as a sports broadcaster, reporter, producer and content creator.
Krissy has experience covering wide array of sports — including football, basketball, hockey, soccer, softball and volleyball — across digital, social, audio, linear and editorial platforms.
Currently, Krissy is the Radio Production Graduate Associate for the Orlando Magic, serving as a producer and coordinator for all Orlando Magic radio broadcasts during the 2025-26 season. She is also the radio sideline reporter and producer for select Orlando Pirates Indoor Football League broadcasts on 96.9 the Game.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Krissy began her sports broadcasting career at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she covered Wisconsin athletics across multiple platforms while earning degrees in Journalism and Spanish, along with certificates in Digital Studies and Sports Communication.
In the offseason, Krissy likes to explore her interests in photography, running, music and traveling.
